WASHINGTON – HURREX/CG 21 is conducted over a two-week period with this year’s exercise running from 3-14 May. The first week simulates a storm system along U.S. Atlantic coast and the second week shifts focus to procedures for recovery from severe weather events.

BREMERTON, Wash. – Acting Secretary of the Navy Thomas W. Harker visited Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) in Bremerton, Washington, April 26. Harker met with command leadership and toured PSNS & IMF facilities to discuss ongoing and planned process improvement and transformation efforts at the shipyard.

The Department of Justice’s U.S. Trustee Program (USTP) has entered into a settlement with three law firms representing Purdue Pharma (Purdue) in its ongoing bankruptcy cases. The firms are Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP; Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP; and Dechert LLP (the Firms).
