A federal grand jury has returned an indictment charging Edward Scott Finn, age 47, of Dunkirk, Maryland, for the federal charges of tax evasion and obstruction of justice. Finn is a former Lieutenant with the Prince George’s County Police Department and owned and operated Edward Finn Inc. (EFI), a private company.
