A federal grand jury in Fort Myers, Florida, returned an indictment on Sept. 22 charging a Florida businessman with defrauding the United States by not disclosing his substantial offshore assets, failing to report substantial income on his tax returns, failing to pay millions of dollars of taxes and submitting a false offshore compliance filing with the IRS in an attempt to avoid substantial penalties and criminal prosecution.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Shylow Shane Young, 37, entered a guilty plea to one count of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon with Intent to do Bodily Harm in Indian Country and to one count of Use, Carry, Brandish, and Discharge of a Firearm During and in Relation to a Crime of Violence.

Jacksonville, Florida – United States District Judge Brian J. Davis has sentenced Jasen Michael Anderson (30, Crescent City) to 10 years in federal prison for possessing images depicting the sexual abuse of children on his cell phone and ordered him to serve a lifetime term of supervised release.
