WASHINGTON – On behalf of the Department of Defense, Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) presented the Spirit of Hope Award to a Sussex, New Jersey, native who dedicated service to caregivers of the Navy’s wounded, ill and injured, during a ceremony at Washington Navy Yard, Oct. 29.
