MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – During a year full of challenges, Naval Supply Systems Command’s (NAVSUP) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) not only met, but exceeded all five of its fiscal year 2021 (FY21) small business goals while also being awarded the FY21 Acquisition Excellence Award Secretary’s Cup.
