SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO – Today, at the request of the United States Department of Justice, U.S. District Chief Judge Raúl Arias-Marxuach unsealed Informations and Plea Agreements for Oscar Santamaría-Torres and Raymond Rodríguez-Santos, announced W. Stephen Muldrow, U.S. Attorney for the District of Puerto Rico. Copies of the pertinent documents are attached to this press release.
