U.S. District Judge Paul W. Grimm today sentenced Brian Anthony Gilbert, age 34, of District Heights, Maryland to 45 years in federal prison, followed by lifetime supervised release, for two counts of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. Judge Grimm also ordered that, upon his release from prison, Gilbert must continue to register as a sex offender in the places where he resides, where he is an employee, and where he is a student, under the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA).

U.S. Attorney Bridget M. Brennan announced that Allen Martin Kenna, 20, of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, was sentenced today to five years in prison by Judge Patricia A. Gaughan after Kenna pleaded guilty earlier this year to attempted use of an explosive device and interstate communication of threats.
