Security News in Brief: Pennsylvania man guilty of threatening federal, circuit court judges

Keith Thomas Dougherty, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was found guilty last week of threatening federal and state judges, United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II announced. After a three-day trial, Dougherty, 66, was found guilty of one count of “Mailing Threatening Communications” and two counts of “Interstate Communication with Threat to Injure.”

PITTSBURGH, Pa. – In honor of the 80th anniversary of Pearl Harbor, Navy Counselor 1st Class Ty Elmquist, assigned to Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) Pittsburgh, visited Virginia Flickinger, who was a live witness to the attack 80 years ago. Flickinger, now 101, grew up in the Waikiki neighborhood of Honolulu and was a nurse’s assistant on the Hawaiian island of Oahu.
