NORFOLK, Va. – Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC), along with NASSCO-Norfolk, the ship’s crew and hundreds of ship builders in Hampton Roads, delivered the amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5) after a 16-month Planned Maintenance Availability Jan. 19, two days ahead of schedule.
