TULSA, Okla. – Acting United States Attorney Clint Johnson today announced the results of the January 2022 Federal Grand Jury A.
The following individuals have been charged with violations of United States law in indictments returned by the Grand Jury. The return of an indictment is a method of informing a defendant of alleged violations of federal law, which must be proven in a court of law beyond a reasonable doubt to overcome a defendant’s presumption of innocence.

U.S. Attorney Bridget M. Brennan announced that Rodney P. Taylor, 37, of Ashtabula, Ohio, was sentenced on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, by Judge Benita Y. Pearson to 124 months in prison after Taylor pleaded guilty to a drug conspiracy and possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine.

MARINE CORPS AIR STATION MIRAMAR, Calif. – Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 314 of 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW) has marked a key milestone for Marine Corps history as they departed San Diego Bay with Carrier Air Wing Nine aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72) as the first Marine squadron to deploy the F-35C on an aircraft carrier.
