A federal grand jury has returned an indictment charging Oluwatoyin Aborisade, a/k/a “Thoyinstar”, a/k/a “Toyin”, age 43, of Owings Mills, Maryland, for the federal charges of conspiracy to commit visa fraud, visa fraud, and aggravated identity theft.
