Timothy Mark Sirk, an attorney who lives in Keyser, West Virginia, was sentenced today to three years of probation for a fraud charge, Acting United States Attorney Randolph J. Bernard announced. Sirk, 63, pleaded guilty in April 2021 to one count of “Wire Fraud.”
