Chad C. Newcome, of Rock Cave, West Virginia, has admitted to carjacking and firearms charges, United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II announced. Newcome, 40, pleaded guilty today to one count of “Carjacking” and one count of “Use of Firearm During and in Relation to a Crime of Violence.”
