Bill Galinis, Commander Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), announced leadership and mission changes for the Deputy Commander for Industrial Operations Directorate (NAVSEA 04) on Jan. 20.  The changes are being made to accelerate the Naval Sustainment System – Shipyard efforts across all four naval shipyards.
