WASHINGTON – Over the last twenty years the Navy Reserve has accomplished much, all the while optimizing reserve equities to thrive in a post-9/11 conflict. And yet today we recognize that expecting to fight tomorrow’s conflict with today’s tactics, force structure and assets is a fool’s errand.
