NORFOLK, Va. – Cmdr. Jason Horning relieved Cmdr. Jason DeBlock as the commanding officer of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Truxtun (DDG 103) during a change of command ceremony. The ceremony took place on May 7 aboard the ship at Naval Station Norfolk.
